We developed and realize a new building for DuPont Nutrition & Biosciences at the Leiden Bio Science Park. This all has been done within an amazing two years' time! The building has become a flexible and inspiring workplace for the team of DuPont. This sustainable BREEAM Excellent certified building will fully support every employee’s discipline since all the different functions has been made accessible within the building.

Global Foods Innovation Centre

This building for Unilever gives both startups and consumers the opportunity to come together and work on innovations for the food industry. The four stories building has a Pilot Plant, Food & Customer Experience, offices and laboratories. New products are created in the Pilot Plant and are tested within the connected Food & Customer Experience area. A place where innovation and implementation come together.

Genmab Research and Development Center

The new Genmab Research and Development Center at the Utrecht Science Park is a research facility that consists of laboratories, offices and facilitating spaces such as a science café, plaza and auditorium. The building is designed by cepezed and is characterized by a transparent atrium. Genmab's explicit wish was to create spaces where (inter)national scientists are able to meet.
